Horrible service website that is untrue My Ford needed warranty service, an oil change and recall work. I scheduled an appointment through Bell Ford's website. The website asked if I needed My Ford needed warranty service, an oil change and recall work. I scheduled an appointment through Bell Ford's website. The website asked if I needed a loaner car, I checked yes and it changed the available service appointments based on the need for a loaner car. I showed up at the appointment time and date. I was told the website scheduling of a loaner car meant nothing and they would have to check to see if they had one for me. Then I was told since I didn't purchase the vehicle from them they would not provide me with a loaner car. A wasted day due to a dishonest website and rude service personnel. I think Mr. Bell sold this dealership as it has made a steady decline down the tubes over the last year. Mind you my wife and I have bought 3 new cars from Mr. Bell in the past and used to love this place. More

Absolutely Perfect!!! My lease was ending and I went on the website and chose Jorge Moreno. He was perfect! I told him exactly what I wanted, needed, and was able to afford and he was on point right to the end!!!! He was friendly and honest. I felt very comfortable with him. He was so down to earth and to be honest the atmosphere at Bell Ford is the same. Everyone is very accommodating and makes purchasing a new car so easy... I have been dealing with Bell Ford in Colonia for the last 10+ years and I will never go anywhere else. The service is awesome!!!! Thank you for making my experience once again a joyous occasion!!!!! Overall, a pleasant, stress-free experience I prefer working with smaller dealerships, I find the people nicer and the customer service better. Bell Ford is no exception. From the test drive t I prefer working with smaller dealerships, I find the people nicer and the customer service better. Bell Ford is no exception. From the test drive to the negotiations, the experience was pleasant and less stressful than the "typical" car buying experience most anticipate. All my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. There was never any pressure or pushiness to purchase things I didn't need nor want. There were no "hidden" fees exposed at the end like some dealerships! These guys worked with me to reach a price we were both happy with. I will recommend this dealership. More
