After sinking almost $400 into it last weekend for brakes I was done. I was on the fence about buying/leasing new because I currently had no car pymnts & pd $98 for insurance. My coworker recently bought a Fusion from Bell Ford & highly recommended Les. She suggested just going to look & talking to Les to see what could be done. Nervous, I met with Les with a picture off of the website of exactly what I was looking for (2016 Metallic Gray Fusion). He quickly found the car & we took it for a test drive-the whole time he explained all of the features. I loved it ! Now the fun part-How much? We went back & forth a couple of times discussing if leasing or financing would be better for me & ended up with an amount that I knew I could afford that wouldn't empty my bank account. I filled out the paperwork & drove my new car home the same day. Les was amazing! He greeted me at the door, took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, continuously asked if I wanted water, coffee etc,, took me to the svc dept to schedule my first oil change & even called my ins co to see what the payments would be before buying the car. He NEVER made me feel rushed or uncomfortable & talked to me like I was an old friend-I truly appreciate that ! Paul handled my financing & yet again another great experience. He walked me through step by step explaining everything & answered my questions. I am completely satisfied with the customer service shown from these two gentlemen and this dealership and I will gladly recommend them to everyone ! -A VERY satisfied new Fusion owner (KC-Fords NJ) More
An experience of being taken care of I stopped in on a whim last Friday to "look at" at a 2015 Edge. I left with a great deal to lease that I couldn't walk away from. I've since been back and the only way to describe it is being taken care of like family. Eric, Paul and John W. all made sure I had what I wanted, was happy, and have helped me beyond what you would expect from a dealership. After having a HORRIBLE experience at Ed Carney Ford in East Hanover, it's well worth the trip to know I could trust them at Bell. I have texted Eric multiple questions, he always answers. I went from an 11 year old suv with a tape deck, to a fancy computerized/smart system - I have many questions! He even came out to give my girlfriend and I restaurant ideas as we were leaving for dinner off the lot. It's the little things that stand out. At a time when there's such a stigma attached to the experience for women going into a car dealership, I left feeling at ease like these guys were my uncles looking out for me. I love that! More

On our first visit to look at cars we were in the lot looking around unaware the dealership was actually closed, Jorge came out to speak with us and still offered us to test drive some cars with him 1 hour after closing. Then a week later after we closed the deal and went to pick up the car he spent a large amount of time with us showing us all the cool new features on the car. He really went above and beyond. Poor customer service I left my car for service and was told that when it was ready, I was going to be called. I received the "your car is ready" call and made my way to B I left my car for service and was told that when it was ready, I was going to be called. I received the "your car is ready" call and made my way to Bell Ford. When I arrived, apparently it was not quite ready, I waited about an hour only to be told that they did not have the parts and that I would have to come back. A couple of days later, I was back at the appointed time and was supposed to be driven to work by the dealer. I waited 45 minutes for that ride. Finally, my car was serviced, or so I thought. About 10 days later, I received a call from Bell Ford that the parts were in and I should come and get my car serviced. Needless to say, I was very confused, and the caller was obviously mistaken. My experience is that the staff at the dealership were uncaring of my wasted' time and lacked the training necessary for customer satisfaction. They gave me a coupon for a free oil & filter change, which I will not be redeeming. More
