Favorite Car Salesman Thus Far I recently leased a 2015 Explorer from this dealership. My grandfather recommended that I work with Jorge Moreno so I did and what a great recommendat I recently leased a 2015 Explorer from this dealership. My grandfather recommended that I work with Jorge Moreno so I did and what a great recommendation!!! From my past experiences, car salesman are usually very pushy & Jorge was definitely the complete opposite. To start, he was friendly and extremely attentive. He listened closely to detail & searched to find the exact truck I wanted (considering I was being very specific). To top everything off, one of the days when I went in, my grandfather came with me & wasn't feeling well. Jorge took the time out of his day to call and check up on him. He clearly goes above & beyond! Needless to say, Jorge Moreno is the salesman everyone should go to see! He is a prime example of what a salesman should be!!!! More

Great customer service and prices I've been to at least 5 dealerships in the last four days. ALL the other dealerships did Not honor their internet prices. Today I called Bell Fo I've been to at least 5 dealerships in the last four days. ALL the other dealerships did Not honor their internet prices. Today I called Bell Ford and spoke to Denice inquiring about a car I was interested in on their lot. I explained to her my experiences with the other dealerships and she assured me that I would be taken good care of. As soon as entered I was greeted with a smile. Denise came over and directed me to Steve who was my sales person. Steve was great he treated me very fair he explained everything to me in detail. My experience ended with Paul who is the finance director he worked very hard to get me a loan. Even with my poor credit he treated me as if I were a millionaire. Amazing service !!!!!! More

HORRIBLE I wish i could give this place zero stars. I am SO disgusted with the service i have recieved here lately. I first took my car there to check on a noi I wish i could give this place zero stars. I am SO disgusted with the service i have recieved here lately. I first took my car there to check on a noise it was making when i made a right turn and because my clock was going crazy in the car. The first time they kept the car for about 3 days ( way too long ) and i finally got the car back with multiple cars back and forth about how they weren't sure what was wrong. So get the car back and it sounds 20 x worse the sound i heard was even louder as if something was dragging under my car. So i call them back to check it again since obviously they messed something up instead of fixed it. I bring it back and they "forgot" to put a spring in by my gas tank causing the metal to rub against while im driving ( sounds safe right?) so HORRIBLE! so the 2nd time picking the car up and the sound continues.... shocker. .. now they say they don't know what it could be and now the sound is when i make any turn. Final end to this story every time i took the car there it got progressively worse and i wouldn't reccomend anyone to go to that particular bell ford. My car is under warranty still and all but its AWFUL at this point id rather pay money and get it done correctly. Save yourself the aggravation and get work on your car done elsewhere. More
