The first time I came in he showed me the exact truck i was looking for based on my build a truck profile. He was very courteous and professional. He explained all the features on the truck and answered all my questions as i was still debating on XLT or the limited. He was not pushy. I left the first time just wanting to learn more about the vehicle. I came back in about 3 weeks later and Jorge worked with me on the numbers, my trade in and vehicle features. It was a quick and easy process. I love my truck. It was my first time purchasing a ford and I had a wonderful experience. Jorge has sold me on ford. Great Experience! A few years back I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Bell Ford and was looking for something new so I went back again because of how well I was treated A few years back I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Bell Ford and was looking for something new so I went back again because of how well I was treated in the past. I sat down with Jorge Moreno and explained what I wanted and the price range I was looking in. Within a few short days, Jorge had called me and I went down to look at a few 2015 Explorers. I looked at a few but the colors weren't to my liking. The last one I looked at was an Explorer Limited so I gave it a try and it was to my liking. I sat down with Jorge and Jon Ross (sales manager) and decided on a good deal for the 2015 Explorer Limited which was everything I wanted and more! I decided to lease for the first time. I've had the car since February and must say I am very happy and pleased with it. I would like to say that Jorge explained everything about the car before I pulled out of Bell Ford. He even programmed my phone and radio for me. About a month later, I referred my granddaughter to Jorge. She also leased a 2015 Explorer XLT. So far, that is three cars from Bell Ford and more to come. I would like to say thank you to Jorge and Jon . They made my experience with Bell Ford a very pleasurable one indeed. I will be back!
