Great Experience! A few years back I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Bell Ford and was looking for something new so I went back again because of how well I was treated A few years back I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Bell Ford and was looking for something new so I went back again because of how well I was treated in the past. I sat down with Jorge Moreno and explained what I wanted and the price range I was looking in. Within a few short days, Jorge had called me and I went down to look at a few 2015 Explorers. I looked at a few but the colors weren't to my liking. The last one I looked at was an Explorer Limited so I gave it a try and it was to my liking. I sat down with Jorge and Jon Ross (sales manager) and decided on a good deal for the 2015 Explorer Limited which was everything I wanted and more! I decided to lease for the first time. I've had the car since February and must say I am very happy and pleased with it. I would like to say that Jorge explained everything about the car before I pulled out of Bell Ford. He even programmed my phone and radio for me. About a month later, I referred my granddaughter to Jorge. She also leased a 2015 Explorer XLT. So far, that is three cars from Bell Ford and more to come. I would like to say thank you to Jorge and Jon . They made my experience with Bell Ford a very pleasurable one indeed. I will be back! I also get my cars serviced at Bell and enjoy my time there while I'm waiting. Thank you all again! AL More

Barry green was not only patient and courteous he hooked my up with Jorge Moreno who let me say is not your ordinary car "salesperson"... he not only sells him self but using courtesy and professionalism he represents what Bell Ford is. The man is an outstanding individual, goes above and beyond. If your buying or leasing from Bell Ford he is the man to see.. Let me not leave out FInance Director Paul SIgnh who also was not only overly attentive he was fair, and direct and completed everything quickly and accurately... Favorite Car Salesman Thus Far I recently leased a 2015 Explorer from this dealership. From my past experiences, car salesman are usually very pushy & Jorge was definitely the complete opposite. To start, he was friendly and extremely attentive. He listened closely to detail & searched to find the exact truck I wanted (considering I was being very specific). To top everything off, one of the days when I went in, my grandfather came with me & wasn't feeling well. Jorge took the time out of his day to call and check up on him. He clearly goes above & beyond! Needless to say, Jorge Moreno is the salesman everyone should go to see! He is a prime example of what a salesman should be!!!! More

Great customer service and prices I've been to at least 5 dealerships in the last four days. ALL the other dealerships did Not honor their internet prices. Today I called Bell Ford and spoke to Denice inquiring about a car I was interested in on their lot. I explained to her my experiences with the other dealerships and she assured me that I would be taken good care of. As soon as entered I was greeted with a smile. Denise came over and directed me to Steve who was my sales person. Steve was great he treated me very fair he explained everything to me in detail. My experience ended with Paul who is the finance director he worked very hard to get me a loan. Even with my poor credit he treated me as if I were a millionaire. Amazing service !!!!!! More
