After searching ford's website for dealer inventory, I found a car at Bell Ford. Denise White the Internet Sales manager reached out to me. Being I had a tight window to buy do to travel, and that they are 45 minutes away, Denise was willing to negotiate over the phone, something I wasn't expecting, nor was expecting to come to a price that was better than what I was able to do at my local dealer. It was worth driving the 45 minutes to get/ finish the deal. Once we agreed to price over phone we were then assigned Victor to finish paperwork and to prep the car and show us all the features, he was personable, professional and very helpful. Special note about Paul and the finance department, simply great, low preasure on additional sales such as extended warranty and service. More
