Poor customer service I left my car for service and was told that when it was ready, I was going to be called. I received the "your car is ready" call and made my way to B I left my car for service and was told that when it was ready, I was going to be called. I received the "your car is ready" call and made my way to Bell Ford. When I arrived, apparently it was not quite ready, I waited about an hour only to be told that they did not have the parts and that I would have to come back. A couple of days later, I was back at the appointed time and was supposed to be driven to work by the dealer. I waited 45 minutes for that ride. Finally, my car was serviced, or so I thought. About 10 days later, I received a call from Bell Ford that the parts were in and I should come and get my car serviced. Needless to say, I was very confused, and the caller was obviously mistaken. My experience is that the staff at the dealership were uncaring of my wasted' time and lacked the training necessary for customer satisfaction. They gave me a coupon for a free oil & filter change, which I will not be redeeming. More

Each staff member gave me their time, and was sure to answer any and all questions I had; and most importantly was just as eager to get me the car that I wanted for the price that I was allotted based on my current budget. They gave me a fair price for my trade in as well. Great job all around, and I look forward to working with them in the future for service appointments as necessary. More

I have been looking for a month for a vehicle, to my surprise not getting much attention or response from other dealers. Denise contacted me immediately, worked on a no pressure deal with me, mostly through the internet which was wonderful since I have very little time during my work week. Once I had visited the dealership she introduced me to Jorge Moreno who couldn't be more accommodating right through to the evening I picked up my vehicle and beyond letting me know to contact him anytime day or night with any problems or questions. What impressed us most was the open communication, information sharing and nonaggressive manner of our salesman Roy. He treated us like family and made the entire experience relaxed & informative. Today, we would not look anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Last month, we had decided to purchase an Explorer and it was great to be able to walk around the parking lot during the off hours. Nothing is a mystery..... the car details and pricing is posted on each vehicle in the lot. We were very excited to find an Explorer we liked and called Roy the next business day. He was on vacation but we met another salesman, David, who also treated us like family and made our purchasing experience very enjoyable. This dealership doesn't end with the sales department, the service department is top notch, delivers the service as expected and treats you with respect. The Finance team and management are truly the best. After trading in 2 BMW's, we could not be happier! We drive a 2016 Explorer and a 2014 Escape! Hat's off to Bell Ford! More

I first stopped in on Tuesday and they were extremely helpful. I also liked the fact that the salesman, Jorge, wasn't pushy at all. I don't respond to pushy sales people. I went back yesterday and my experience with both Jorge and Paul was a positive one. I would definitely recommend this dealer and would have no problem buying another car from them, when I am in the market again. More
