The service and kindness provided during the purchase experience was outstanding. Especially helpful was the Sales Consultant, Roy Ribeiro. From the beginning he showed us the care and expertise that we wanted in a sales consultant. He walked us through the entire process and showed us the care and professionalism that all consultants should show a customer. In addition he introduced us to Paul Singh, Business Director, who walked us through the financing and warranty process. Mr. Singh was extremely helpful in explaining the financial aspect of purchasing our vehicle and describing the different types of warranties offered and how it would be to our benefit. Needless to say, not only were we happy with our new vehicle, we were extremely happy with the purchasing experience we had with the dealership. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a ford to definitely visit this dealer. You will be happy you did. More

2016 Ford Fusion SE I was very pleased with my experience at Bell Ford in Colonia, NJ. I walked into the dealership and was immediately approached by Jorge Moreno. I was I was very pleased with my experience at Bell Ford in Colonia, NJ. I walked into the dealership and was immediately approached by Jorge Moreno. I was looking for a 2016 Ford Fusion SE, but had very specific requirements in mind. I wanted the Platinum white color, black interior, eco boost, etc. Bell Ford did not have the exact car I was looking to buy on site. I had been to a previous dealership prior and was told I should just build the car online and wait 8 weeks for it (I did not want to do this if I could avoid waiting 8 weeks). Jorge took the time to find me my dream car and bring it to Bell Ford. He also made an effort to arrange the financing aspect so that my payments were within my price range. In 1 week I was driving my brand new car home. Jorge took the time to earn my business and made my car buying experience a great one. When I went to pick up the car, Jorge walked me through all the bells and whistles, as well as follow up a few days later to make sure all was well with the vehicle.
