Extremely Rude I called to inquire about pricing and how they obtain it if not from KBB or other well-known vessels. He was a terrible sales person who later in the conversation told me "we treat customers like family". HAHAHAHAHA so I asked "oh this is how you treat family?" and in return was hung up on. He was disgusting. Do not go there where the man named MACK can treat you like an xxxxxxx. He is not giving his business nor sales nor car buying process nor foriengers a good name.
