Very poor business! When you go into a dealership, you expect them to be honest and upfront with you, but this is the exact opposite of what I got here. When I first went When you go into a dealership, you expect them to be honest and upfront with you, but this is the exact opposite of what I got here. When I first went in, I told them I wanted to trade in my car and get another car with the same features in it as my other car had and no higher payment. Simple enough right...?? Nope, they got me close to the same payment, but let me buy the car thinking that they had giving me the car I asked for with the same features as the one I traded in. The car also had a paint defect that they allowed me to believe was going to be replaced, but instead they broke factory paint and spot painted it. As if that wasn't bad enough, the paint didn't match because it was pearl white. After the fact, the body shop then tells me that it is almost impossible for them to match the paint because of it being pearl white. When I confront the manager and the salesman along with some others, all they could do was try and blame it on the other, by saying they didn't know anything about it or they thought the other one had told me. When I told them they were not going to continue painting it, the owner states that I can continue to work with the body shop to see if they can get the paint to match, or trade a brand new car in, take a loss because of depreciation and pay a higher payment to get the car with the features that I was suppose to have gotten in the first place! I really don't see where that is right and believe it is very poor business on their part. I did business with this same company three years ago and have always given good feedback on it, but that was when it was under different management. I would not recommend them to no one now. I would strongly suggest going to a different dealership, if you want to get what you ask for, and not be tricked into buying a car for less than what you asked for when you walked in the front door of the business. More

I knew that I was about to have a customer experience par excellent when I placed my call to the Robert Woodall dealership in search of a pre-owned Buick Enclave featured on cars.com. Mona Hooker was my fir excellent when I placed my call to the Robert Woodall dealership in search of a pre-owned Buick Enclave featured on cars.com. Mona Hooker was my first point of contact. She was extremely helpful, giving me details of the car since a photo had yet to placed on the website. Her descriptive details and enthusiasm held me captive. I WANTED THAT CAR! Knowing that she had me interested enough, she placed me with whom I believe had to be a top salesman there, Shawn Giggetts. He called, and I immediately felt an air of confidence about him that I liked--he was to the point and on top of his game. I had a boatload of questions. He answered them with ease. He knew his product well (excellent product knowwledge is a must to make the sell). Since I had been under doctor's orders for rest from ailing legs, I was unable to venture to the dealership to see the car and to test drive it. (I should say that Enterprise Car Sales was courting me as well for the purchase of a similar vehible, but wasn't making the mark when it came to price.) On the very same day of his call to me, Shawn, on that evening of torrential rains, drove the car to my house, pulled it under my carport so that I could get in it and thoroughly check it over. I was able to call my brother to take a look at "MY CAR." Shawn not only accommodated by disability, but won me over when he was able to make financing seamlessly easy. By week's end, I was the proud owner of a Buick Enclave. To furter put icing on the cake, running boards were ordered from the factory to installed at a later date. When they arrived, Shawn retrieved the car from my house, had the boards installed, and returned it to me. I indeed felt special. With him, I was given the ultimate of quality customer care. Because of my experience, Robert Woodall will be the place I will recommend to my friends and will return to for all my future purchases as well as servicing. Shawn Giggetts is the personable, confident, and reliable salesman--the outstanding example for all others to follow. More
