Joe was looking for a small truck. When we drove in to Woodall's, Daniel Epps met us at the car which we appreciated because it was getting late and we are elderly. I was driving a 2008 Toyota Rav 4 but just wanted to get back to the Chevrolet. Everyone at Woodall dealership was very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my new vehicle. I have had several of my cars repaired at several other places before but from now on Woodall will be my first to go. The customer service was great. Upon entering the area of cars we did not ask for help but we were approached with a friendly smile and greeting. We were asked if he could help us and he proceeded to show us vehicles. Mr. Averett asked about our price range and helped us to look at various vehicles. We were given the opportunity to try out the vehicle we chose and we were given a good deal on the price. Mr. Averett was not pushy nor did he display anger when we said no a couple of times. He asked how he could be of help and asked the sales manager to help with getting the lowest price available. Everytime i have taken my vehicle to be serviced, it's a guessing game. They want to do all this other stuff to try to patch the problems instead of repairing the problems. My experiences were while my vehicle was under warranty and I had it down there several times for the same problem. I even took the service dept. manager out to my vehicle to show him the problem personally. The problem was a squeeking noise coming from the back of my truck. I located the problem and showed it to them. His solution was to poor used motor oil over it. On a new truck? I don't think so! I asked the man if the oil was used, was this something that was going to return after my warranty ran out, he didn't answer my question which i also thought was rude. Ends up they replaced the leaf springs and bushings in the rear after i had my vehicle down there 3 times. I have also heard some of the service dept. people using vulgar language about customers coming in and out of the dealership. How professional is that? They pressure you to give them good ratings instead of not saying anything about what you think of them, but in return knowing that when you leave they have done you a good honest service. But instead, when you are a "regular" at the dealership, they cuss you behind your back when you're leaving and call you names. It is by all means poor customer service. If i ever had to pay money for servicing my vehicle, woodall chevrolet would be the last place i would take it...........Thanks. More
