The Explorer, prior to purchase, was making some popping noise, so the Reiselman shop said they changed the strut plates. After a very short period of time, the popping was back. We took it for warranty wor noise, so the Reiselman shop said they changed the strut plates. After a very short period of time, the popping was back. We took it for warranty work (to our TRUSTED shop) only to find that they’d used the cheapest part available, when changing it out. There were other things too, that I should’ve noted and RUN the other way. I’ve had to have another chunk of work done on it that they should’ve caught during their so-called inspection. Bottom line, they are as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. BEWARE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. More

6+ weeks and I still don’t have a title. Drove the vehicle off the lot and had air conditioner problems within a week.
