Wood Nissan Lee's Summit - Service Center

Took my 2011 Rogue in for an oil change, tire rotation and MVI. Only took about an hour even though they appeared to be very busy. What I was really happy about was that I was able to get appointments for and MVI. Only took about an hour even though they appeared to be very busy. What I was really happy about was that I was able to get appointments for both of my cars a couple of days apart. The last time I was here the soonest appointment I could get was almost 10 days out. This past week it was only 2 days out. That's a big improvement. My service advisor was Nathan who did a great job taking care of me and recommended other services that my car will need in coming months. More

All of the staff was so kind and helpful. I am not sure of all their names but Colton, Jack, and Henry were very personable. While driving from Atlanta to Omaha we had a front end breakdown and had to be towed to Wood Nissan. We arrived there about 2:00 PM. Due to the time we arrived they were not sure they could get it fixed breakdown and had to be towed to Wood Nissan. We arrived there about 2:00 PM. Due to the time we arrived they were not sure they could get it fixed that afternoon; however, the extra lengths that Service Advisor Jack Spence and technician Donnie went thru to diagnose what was needed and find a part at that late time, they got us back on then road.
