Though they were very short staffed, we had an excellent customer experience because of Jack. Though he was handling 20 things at once, he was remarkably gracious whether it was on the phone or in person. W customer experience because of Jack. Though he was handling 20 things at once, he was remarkably gracious whether it was on the phone or in person. When it was my turn he helped me as fast as possible but looked me in the eye and conveyed that he valued me as a customer. They seriously need 5 more of him. More

We had several services done to our 2015 Murano. The service was great and Jack was exceptional in his assistance. Would recommend this dealership. The service was great and Jack was exceptional in his assistance. Would recommend this dealership. More

While they were replacing breaks on my car the mechanic took my car on a test drive. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I asked about my car. Another 30 minutes passed before I was told the hood popped open when the mechanic took it out on the road. Wood Nissan did say they would repair it even though they were trying to convince me another shop was at fault. Ultimately Wood Nissan had a mobile repair person attempt to fix it. It looked substandard. I told them I wasn’t pleased. They went back and forth between “looks fine to me” “bring it in again and he will try to improve it’ while still saying I or another shop was at fault. I felt intimidated and frustrated. I expected better service from an actual dealership. The less than professional repair is causing more deterioration to the hood of my car. More
