The service dept with Jack is fantastic. I really miss Bradley. As for the dealership itself it seems cold. McCarthy, Fenton seemed like more of a family. Bought 3 cars and truck. I have found them to have great service, As a walk in I was treated respectfully by the reception staff. They took time to get the information right and to tell me how long the wait would be. The work I requested was done and they did a "wellness check" as well. I was going on a long trip an appreciated knowing all was checked without me even asking. I have used them in the past for several things and have had the same experience. Plus the waiting room is very nice. More
