My service clerk, tried hard to make me happy and was professional even when I got grumpy with him after all was said and done. He did not follow my instructions initially, thought he knew more than I d professional even when I got grumpy with him after all was said and done. He was polite and tried, but needs to learn to listen to his customers (even when they are an older female). I have had good and bad experiences with this dealership, like most dealerships I have dealt with. Not so bad that I wouldn't return, but I will be on guard with them. More
