Customer Service agent Nathan Sousley was knowledgeable regarding my Nissan's navigation system issue, didn't have to wait too long and updated my contact email in their system. Advised that my wipers nee regarding my Nissan's navigation system issue, didn't have to wait too long and updated my contact email in their system. The service representative who waited on me when I dropped off my car this morning to be serviced was rude when I came in to pick up my car after being serviced.
