I've done business with Nissan in Lee's Summit, since I bought my first Nissan Sentra in 2012. I currently own a 2019 Nissan Sentra Turbo. Honestly, the service is hit and miss. The last visit, Jack was my advisor and made sure my car was serviced. He helped me get my car on track. I had one of my better service experiences because of Jack.
