Considering the technical problems the service department was having with the computer appointment system they did an outstanding job. Kurt really helped me out. Poor Jack was pulling out his hair trying to was having with the computer appointment system they did an outstanding job. Kurt really helped me out. Poor Jack was pulling out his hair trying to keep the system working. They people in that service department should get a bonus. They kept your customers happy considering the situation. If not you would be loosing customers. Great Job People More

Kolten was remarkable in getting my vehicle in and serviced! I appreciate him a ton! Kurt, on the other hand, if I wouldn't have talked to Kolten on the phone prior to coming in, Kurt would have made serviced! I appreciate him a ton! Kurt, on the other hand, if I wouldn't have talked to Kolten on the phone prior to coming in, Kurt would have made this whole review be completely different and likely wouldn't even have continued service with the dealership. Outstanding! Our car stalled in Lee's Summit and had to be towed somewhere - not knowing the area we just had it towed to the first Nissan dealer that came up. Wh Our car stalled in Lee's Summit and had to be towed somewhere - not knowing the area we just had it towed to the first Nissan dealer that came up. What a serendipitous Google search -Jack Spence, Service Manager - is the epitome of customer service. He is very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Kurt (service advisor) took great care me both checking in and out! Had an 11:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I was out of there at 11:35.
