Car was dropped off at 12 pm for a 12:30-4. 30 time slot for oil change. We were never called for pickup. No answer at the dealership when calling at 5:30. If that was a problem, we should have been rescheduled when the car was dropped off. Poor communication and management. We will not return to the dealership for future service. More
