I had Kolten help check me in and he was incredibly kind and helpful. The lady that checked me out when everything was done and I was picking up my vehicle, I wish I had her name but I didn’t catch it, she and helpful. The lady that checked me out when everything was done and I was picking up my vehicle, I wish I had her name but I didn’t catch it, she wasn’t really as friendly and I didn’t leave very happy after my experience with her. Dealer did not mention anything about $5000 down payment on top my $10000 down payment after we made a deal on a new 2025 Sentra. Also they advised free lifetime Warranty on any car, but the charge you $19 on top my $10000 down payment after we made a deal on a new 2025 Sentra.
