Everyone is nice but communication has to be improved my wife went to have the car oil changed on the record is my phone number so she gave her number hoping she’ll get the txt when it’s ready. The car was done quick but they texted my phone instead of hers which I couldn’t relay to her cause of the nature of my job. She ends up waiting for 3 hours and no one has ever bother to ask her or what’s she’s there for. Bad customer service. Hope it gets better. More
