Before setting up appointment, i confirmed with an associate that service would not take longer then 3hrs for routine oil change. Reason is because i needed to pickup kids from school. Appointment w associate that service would not take longer then 3hrs for routine oil change. Reason is because i needed to pickup kids from school. Appointment was set at 10am Waited for 3 hours, car hasn't even been touch yet. Had to get car back and barely on time for pickup. Di Wu did not offer solution to problem. Instead of offering me a loaner car to pick up my kids and to give them time to work on the car, all he can do was offer to reschedule an appointment. I waited there for 3 freaking hours for nothing. So furious 😠! Absolutely ridiculous! Now I have to waste more time going back there again. I have prepaid service plan. Otherwise, I will definitely not go back there again. I've been a customer for over 6 years and this is how they treat me when they screw up. More
