I was told I needed the full wipers since mine were after market band they couldn’t replace the insert only! It was a lie! I told them double check and they said “you are right!” I still replaced the whole t market band they couldn’t replace the insert only! It was a lie! I told them double check and they said “you are right!” I still replaced the whole thing cause I was already there but feel like they are trying to add items you don’t need to charge more. I wanted a general inspection and it cost $200 but they apparently don’t do it on a weekend so still they suggested I had to buy shims for the brake pads $378 but they don’t know if it would get rid of a little noise I told them I heard while driving. And when they do the check up they will for sure know what is the noise and provide an estimate! Sounds like a rip off to me! They don’t want to wait till my schedule appointment in a week day but they still want me to buy additional things in the meantime. More
