HORRIBLE/UNPROFESSIONAL AUTO REPAIR CENTER Took my Sienna for Intermediate Service, next day when I drove the van on high speed (over 40 MPH), noticed the driver side rear view mirror closed to Took my Sienna for Intermediate Service, next day when I drove the van on high speed (over 40 MPH), noticed the driver side rear view mirror closed towards the window, confused why this mirror closed on me, I pushed it back to adjust it, that is when I realized that it is broken. Driving the van on high speed made the mirror flip and swing inwards. Service managers said, he will watch the video footage to see what exactly happened and when I said it is dangerous to drive with no side view, he suggested that I should tape the mirror to keep it from moving in. How professional? Damaged my van with no regard and accountability. Lost my business More
SERVICE DEPARTMENT STOLE MY PROPERTY I took my truck in for a recall notice. Everything went fine and I was impressed with the number of people working in the service department. A few days later I realized that someone from the service department stole something from my glove compartment. Took it out of a case, closed the case and put the case back. I am certain this happened at the dealership. I reported the theft, and was told the service manager would review camera footage and call me back. The week has gone by and I never got a call. So in my opinion, they do not care that they have at least one THIEF IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. How would you like to have your property stolen from your car? More

Di Wu told me I will need to leave my car most of the day and get a rental. I stated " I have an appointment for 7 am, why would replacing one small part take all day ? " He stated " we may get busy and this could take awhile ". My response was " why should it take most of the day if I have a 7 am appointment ?". I have been here several time ( I live very close ). I have found Wondries Toyota makes appointments for money paying payrons to show up....not the business to make their patrons a priority to respect their time ! Horrible, disrespectful and insulting ! More
