Wondries Toyota - Service Center

The communication was lacking. I got a call at 11 am about my services. I called back 3 times and finally my service rep called me around 140 PM. I was told my car would be rea I got a call at 11 am about my services. I called back 3 times and finally my service rep called me around 140 PM. I was told my car would be ready the next day but at 530pm I receive a text that my car is ready for pick up. I called the service department and since you can't speak with anyone else but the rep helping you, I left a message and never heard back. The next morning I called and did not hear back. Finally I went in and was told my rep was off or not there. When was someone going to call me to say my vehicle was ready? The lack of communication is a first for me. Not great service and not being able to speak with anyone else is not ideal if your rep is going to be a bad communicator. More
