STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are dishonest and you will be wasting your time with these people. They will NOT offer you the best price and in fact they lie about the incentives you are entitled to you will be wasting your time with these people. They will NOT offer you the best price and in fact they lie about the incentives you are entitled to receive. I recently visited Wondries Toyota and was approached by a salesperson named Nicholas, very young guy that doesn't seem very confident in what he's doing. We looked at a particular vehicle that we wanted to test drive and instead of getting the keys for that vehicle, he said, "Well I have the keys for this other vehicle, they're all the same so let's take this one for a test drive." We told him that if we were interested in purchasing the vehicle, we wanted to test drive that particular vehicle to make sure it handles well and everything is working properly." He seemed bothered by the fact that he had to go retrieve the keys. He did get the keys and we went for a test drive. During the test drive I asked him about certain features that the vehicle had and he did not know the answer to my questions. He would just say, "I don't know but I'll find out." When we returned to the sales lot, I asked if he could give us a price quote and stated that we were in a hurry. He said, "No problem, I can give it to you within 5 minutes" and took us into a room. He then stared at a computer screen for literally 10 minutes and within that time wrote the sticker price on a piece of paper and then asked for my driver's license. I asked why he needed my driver's license to give us a price quote and he loudly stated, "If you don't want to give me your license then I'll only offer you the sticker price!" To which I replied, "Then you just completely wasted our time and you are being very rude." He apologized and said he would call the Internet Sales Manager to give us a better price and when that guy came in, it didn't get any better. He was condescending and VERY pushy and rude. When I told him that all we wanted was a price quote for the vehicle, he said, "Well it all depends on how much money you will put as down payment and we don't know what the interest will be." What he didn't know was that I already had done my research online and knew what a fair price would be for that vehicle and that Toyota was offering 0% APR on ALL new vehicles. When I told him this, he rudely said, "Well I didn't know about that incentive, where did you find that info.?" I let him know that it was clearly stated on the Toyota.com website and he proceeded to look for it and found it. I thought to myself and told him, you are the manager here and you don't know about that? He got defensive and said, "well I've been busy around here and I don't always have time to check those things out!" Isn't that their job?? Anyhow, I let him know that we would not be purchasing the vehicle there...since by now they had just wasted 35 minutes of our time and before we were let out of that room, he tried to make me sign a long document which he never explained what it was. He set the document on the table, handed me a pen and said, "ok, just sign here." I was completely upset by this, I DID NOT SIGN the unknown document and walked out of there and NEVER looked back. This is a horrible place with horrible people. They have no customer service skills and all they want to do is take advantage of any potential customer that walks into their place. Please BE AWARE of this!! More

Took my Daughter's 2006 Prius in for 90,000 Mile service. Service was great, seemed a little expensive, but now that I'm retired, so does everything else these days. Car is running great. Was having Batte Service was great, seemed a little expensive, but now that I'm retired, so does everything else these days. Car is running great. Was having Battery trouble, but they determined that it just needed a good charge, and has been working well ever since. Also Tire Pressure light was flashing on, but just needed to adjust pressure to meet standards. why do I need to login and use a password? I already have too many things I need to remember. My brain is at maximum capacity. This should be simpler More
Jonathan, the drive manager is awful, providing unacceptable customer service. Basically this guy Alex told me one story with no charge, but Jon told me another with fully charge. Totally wasted my unacceptable customer service. Basically this guy Alex told me one story with no charge, but Jon told me another with fully charge. Totally wasted my time to go to this dealership. Alex, on the other hand, is a "good" actor. His attitude changes 180 degree. Never go back to them. More
November 10, 2009 Wondries Toyota/Scion Mr.Preston November 10, 2009 Wondries Toyota/Scion Mr.Preston Han General Sales Manager Dear Mr.Han, In response to your request for feedback November 10, 2009 Wondries Toyota/Scion Mr.Preston Han General Sales Manager Dear Mr.Han, In response to your request for feedback of my recent visit to Wondries Toyota. During my visit of your sedan and truck division, I had the worst experience possible. I encountered the most dishonest people in my life and I had the worse experience that I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. In the Sedan division, when I came to perches the car that was chosen a day before, I was told that the car is not available and that I have to chose another car which would cost me $700.00 more. Of course I would be paying $700.00 extra because they are giving me “a better car”. What they didn’t know was that I had already checked the yard and I knew the car was there. They where just trying to steel $700.00 from me. The other evidence that the car was available is that after I refused to perches the car, I received a call from the agent stating that the car I chose initially is ready to be picked up. What a joke? In this case the supervisor who was called Jaime was playing all these games. The JR sales person was great. The experience in the truck division was much worse than the sedan division. I felt as if I was about to be pistol-whipped any minute and my money was going to be taken away from me. First they tried to sell me a car that was twice more expensive then the one that I was interested in. Then they tried to fool me in calculating the tax. Although I was participating in the Clunker Program and the tax should only apply to price of the money minus clunker, they where calculating the tax based on price of the car without reduction of clunker price. After I caught them on each step, they said that I could have the car within two days because it was not available. After I persuade the car for two days I was told in the rudest possible way that the car is not ready. Presently I am consulting with a lawyer and writing a letter to the DMV and trying to interview the customers who participated in the clunker program and where cheated on your tax calculations by your company. So I can start a class action suit agents your company. It was a Sunday morning when my girlfriend and I along with her brother decided to visit our local car dealers. We had our minds set on something small, Honda Fit, Yaris or something of that nature. Whe with her brother decided to visit our local car dealers. We had our minds set on something small, Honda Fit, Yaris or something of that nature. When we arrived at Wondries, we were approached by a Sales rep, standard procedure. He greated us, yap yap yap... After testing two cars, the Yaris and the Corolla, we had our eyes set on the Scion XD. For those of you who haven't been there, the Scions are on the West end of their dealership. The two cars that we tested were on the East end. We were specifically told to head back to the East end because that is where he will meet us with the Scion. The sales rep left for the office to get the keys for the Scion, which is only a 2 min. walk away from where we were. 10 mins passed before we started walking back to the east. As we approach the office, our sales rep rushed out of the office where he was supposedly getting the key and started yelling at us, literally. He thought he had told us to stay at the West end, but instead he saw us heading away from where he wanted us to be. All three of us heard "East end." So he began giving us crap about how he disliked doing business with young people and such. He walked away and told us to find another sales rep. This all happened so fast and we were just shunned. Need I say more? More
In addition to not properly identifying himself in a voicemail message (I mean really, how am I supposed to know who you are?), this joker Nash Jiminez calls me about a price quote on a Yaris. I'm not s voicemail message (I mean really, how am I supposed to know who you are?), this joker Nash Jiminez calls me about a price quote on a Yaris. I'm not sure about his grasp on the English, but when I told him I could get the car for at least $500 less than his quote and he had stated he couldn't beat it, he then asked me to come in for a visit. What?! What kind of logic is that? Don't let dealerships sucker you- this one sounds like one of those places. Try Penske, Frontier or Marina Del Rey Toyota. I've gotten some good quotes and friendly answers at those places (not to mention I bought my '06 from Penske) More
Since my maintenance from the beginning, they have dropped the ball on all the easy details. Aside from maintenance, they have on all occasions incorrectly or failed to update my phone number result dropped the ball on all the easy details. Aside from maintenance, they have on all occasions incorrectly or failed to update my phone number result in me having to check on their progress each time. On the major service occasions, they were suppose to wash the car as well, but only washed half of it. The final time, they didn't wash it at all even though it was included in the $400.00 major maintenance which is clearly stated in the brochure. I left a message with the customer relations manager and yet to receive an apology or anything. Go figure. More
