Great service as usual! I took my car into Wondries for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check why my air conditioning (A/C) wasn't working properly. As usual, I was gree I took my car into Wondries for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check why my air conditioning (A/C) wasn't working properly. As usual, I was greeted with a smile and, after a little bit of a wait, was taken to the service desk where John asked about the issues I as having with my A/C. He let me know that they would look into the possible reasons for my problems and would get back to me. He called and updated me, as promised and, let me know what the problem was and about how long it would take to finish the work. He called again when my car was finished. When I arrived to pick up the car John explained what they had done and even had my car washed too. Great service as usual. I will definitely be back. More

Recall for airbag replacement I received a postcard from Toyota to take care of an airbag replacement. I called the toll free number and they directed me to Wondries Toyota. I ca I received a postcard from Toyota to take care of an airbag replacement. I called the toll free number and they directed me to Wondries Toyota. I called and they promptly made an appointment at my convenience. I arrived and was informed there were two recalls and they would handle both of them. They said they would call me by 3 PM, but they actually called me at 2 PM. Everything was great and the transaction was smoothly executed. Wondries Toyota gives 5 star service! More

Horrible The guy in glasses helped one of the ladies to cut the line behind us. Only 5 days later,when I got to Arizona ,i cannot start my It is Terrible experience in Wondries Toyota. Last time I took service in wondries toyota. Only 5 days later,when I got to Arizona ,i cannot start my car,I called wondries toyota,nobody told me how to do. I had to look for a small car repair shop in a gas station. My car battery was broken and I have to buy a new one. When I came back LA and went to Wondries Toyota,nobody is responsible for my experience. I just wonder that only 5 days after service my car battery cannot be used,why? also the service list showed my car battery is good. Bad bad service. Until now Wondries Toyota is not responsible for my car. I will post my experience in the internet and tell people the bad toyota service More

He was very helpful, he was very friendly, he was very patient, and he We came in for a 5000 mile check up. We were assisted by a salesman named Di. He was very helpful, he was very friendly, he was very patient, and he was honest with us when my wife took forever to explain to him the malfunctioning of her radio and expressed her concerns if somehow the malfunctioning radio would affect our car’s ability to function. During the check up they found a malfunctioning brake light, called us to ask permission to replace it for a nominal fee, and then replaced it. We are especially grateful for this as we had no idea the light was out. Overall this was a great experience today. More
