I typically rave about your service as I’ve leased or bought several Toyotas from you , but this visit was different . When I called to set my appointment , nobody answered the phone . I waited 2 hours bought several Toyotas from you , but this visit was different . When I called to set my appointment , nobody answered the phone . I waited 2 hours to call back & finally got someone on the line . Next - I requested a n oil change & a tire rotation . They didn’t rotate my tires . They offered to provide that , but I had already been there for 2 hours & didn’t have time before my next appointment . Not certain why it took so long as it usually doesn’t . I’ll need to reschedule the tire rotation & a coolant flush & fill . I was not happy & have never experienced this type of poor service at Spartan Toyota ….. More
Employees are great but internal processes are highly questionable. How in the world did I pay over $1000 for services, drive away, and not one employee confirm the housings for both cabin air filter and questionable. How in the world did I pay over $1000 for services, drive away, and not one employee confirm the housings for both cabin air filter and engine air filter were not closed? When I entered my vehicle, I saw the glove box and filter cover on the floor - whatever no biggie, fix it when I get home. As I’m driving, I notice my engine is louder than usual. I stop to open my hood, and come to find out, the housing was completely open. Had to drive back to the dealership to get it assembled. I’m glad I decided to go home before driving out of state, cause having engine failure no where near home probably would’ve been an even bigger nuisance. Usually things go well here. However, next time, I’ll have to do my own multipoint inspection on the work before having any confidence of driving off the lot. More
The dealership does a vehicle inspection when doing an oil change. The inspection showed I need front rotors and pads., the cost $551.after shopping around, I took my truck to a different mechanic to do oil change. The inspection showed I need front rotors and pads., the cost $551.after shopping around, I took my truck to a different mechanic to do the brakes and when the mechanic did a vehicle inspection, their inspection showed there was 80% brake pads left. The mechanic sent pictures of the pads and rotors to my phone. The second inspection cost $54. I am not too happy with Spartan Toyota. More
