Service tech talked me out of replacing my 12V battery by having it tested instead, showing it functioning at 100%. Also talked me out of paying for a tire rotation because that would be free at the busines having it tested instead, showing it functioning at 100%. Good service but the reason for the service not so good. Recall after recall. Recalls started within 6 months of purchase. Battery dead at 6 months followed by recall on parts for the front end.
