I got a call in the morning about my previous inquiry about Toyota Camry 2012. My wife and I went to Spartan Toyota the same day and decided to buy the Camry 2012 since they had a special offer going on about Toyota Camry 2012. When we went we were welcomed by a very charming sale person Duane Dorazio. He was very friendly and always willing to listen to you and help you out. I was able to get it for $190/mo with $1000 down payment and around $600 for the registration etc. I was very surprised how easy it was to lease a car from Spartan Toyota. Duane took care of the vehicle registration as well. Duane also let me connect with one of his connections in AAA auto insurance to get me a fair deal at the moment. The finance manager Jessica Lawrence then took over the payment program and went through all the finance and paperwork with me. She was very helpful as well and always willing to spend time in explaining all the charges etc. I would refer Spartan Toyota (specifically Duane and Jessica in Spartan Toyota) to anyone who is looking to lease or buy a new Toyota vehicle in Lansing area. I came 90 miles to look for a new Prius because of a friend's referral. I arrived late in the afternoon and met Jason. It wasn't the vehicle I started looking for, but it has the options I wanted and I'm happier with it. Jason and I went over the pricing and my trade-in and quickly agreed on a price. I came back a couple of days later and picked up my new car. Jason spent a lot of time going over the vehicle and all of the radio and navigation systems. After much research on-line and visiting many Michigan dealerships to determine the best vehicle for me, the Ford Focus and the Prius C ended up the final choices. To begin with, he allowed me to prowl around the lot "alone" to read the info regarding the vehicles to help me decide which ones I wanted to try out. His listening skills are superb. He "goes with the flow" and works through the glitches. While waiting to see a specific Prius C before ordering it, I changed my mind about the Prius C. Jason understood my reasons and accepted my decision. Then he went to work and found the right car for me, a 2010 Prius. If my partner, Jim, or one of my sons happened to accompany me to Spartan Motor, Jason "never" forgot who the customer was during the sales process, in spite of my age (old) and gender. Jason became a trusted salesperson whose friendly face will be sought whenever I'm at Spartan Motor for an oil change. I look forward to recommending Jason Husband to anyone looking for a car, new or used, so they, too, can have a positive car buying experience. More
