I was not happy with my appointment,it took over an hour and a half this time and my 5000 mile appointment only took about 35 minutes. If it wasn't free through Toyota for the first two years I would go somewhere else for my oil changes. DISAPPOINTED. Sales person whom I contacted over phone seemed not to knowlegeable about the car I was interested. I asked about the cost of replacing the hybrid battery and she said she would get back with me, but nev knowlegeable about the car I was interested. I asked about the cost of replacing the hybrid battery and she said she would get back with me, but never did. My Google answered said the battery life is around 150,000 miles or fifteen years and cost any where between 2000-8000 dollars. Sense no one got back with me on the price for replacing a battery I went with the 8000 figure and decided for 2022 Avalon non hybrid. More
