I CALLED TOYOTA SCION ON MAY 19, 2012. MY HUSBAND HAD I CALLED TOYOTA SCION ON MAY 19, 2012. MY HUSBAND HAD FRACTURED HIS HIP IN TWO PLACES TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THIS DATE. SINCE MY CAR WASHER WAS OUT OF I CALLED TOYOTA SCION ON MAY 19, 2012. MY HUSBAND HAD FRACTURED HIS HIP IN TWO PLACES TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THIS DATE. SINCE MY CAR WASHER WAS OUT OF SERVICE SOME ONE SUGGESTED I CALL WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR TO SEE IF THEY WOULD RUN IT THROUGH THEIR WASHER. I HAVE TRADED WITH TOYOTA SCION FOR TWENTY FIVE YEARS, SO I CALLED. ( I DON'T LIKE COMMERICAL WASHERS). THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE GLAD TO DO THIS FOR ME. In the past my husband and I never really felt comfortable with dealerships or people that worked in sales. We had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. They literally went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied! George Michael is the salesman to get! We bought a used car at a great price but ended up not liking it. These guys allowed us to swap the car for something else. We switched to a 2012 Camry and love it. Make sure you plan extra time for financing though as this can take a little while. However, we left 100% satisfied with their service and our experience. Thanks Wolfchase Toyota! More
Absolute WORST car buying experience of my life! Did my homework, checked Carfax, extensive test drive, looked the entire car over to the best of my ability and trusted Toyota/Scion Certified Pre-owned war homework, checked Carfax, extensive test drive, looked the entire car over to the best of my ability and trusted Toyota/Scion Certified Pre-owned warranty and the full Toyota 145 point Certified inspection and still got screwed!!! Filed complaint with Scion and it turns out that Scion doesn't go by customer input when determining if problems have been corrected, they go by the dealer. When I found initial problems I took it to the Scion Dealership in my town, they did what they could to make repairs free of charge and also showed me other things that as they say "Could only have been missed by Wolfchase if they were blatantly ignoring them". Wolfchase did NOT record the repair they made and intentionally kept it off the records. My local dealer did more for me free of charge than Wolfchase would. DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY ARE BRINGING THE CAR TO TOYOTA STANDARDS! At this point I will never buy Toyota / Scion again because they will do nothing to hold their dealers to the standard they promise on their website. More

My wife & I really enjoyed working with her & appreciated the no-haggle policy she promised & followed. She was determined for us to be satisfied & made sure the technology was set up & functioning before we left the lot. John McBay helped us in the finance office & our experience was very positive with John, too. He had a easy manner of dealing with us that put us a ease & made us believe he had our best interest at heart. When we changed our minds about one warranty product after leaving the dealership, John made the necessary changes with no hassle & had our paperwork redone in 10 minutes with no "guilt trip". More
