I bought 4 tires and an oil change for almost $1000. I had to remind them 3 separate times about a problem with the electronic key. So (as usual with this service department) I had significant unexpected had to remind them 3 separate times about a problem with the electronic key. So (as usual with this service department) I had significant unexpected delays… When they finally got to the diagnosis (an hour later), they spent another 30 minutes before they found a bad “switch” Yet ANOTHER hour later, “all fixed!” However, an additional $300, for a “switch!” All in all an entire day given up, with nasty surprises, to boot. Doubt we (or our friends) will be back. Burned too many times in the same way! More
I was assisted by Michael whom was great, however I was a bit displeased with my previous visit. The technician put dry rotted tires on and did not balance them or tell me they were dry rotted. I was charged for balance and it was not done because they said it was dry rotted. No one test drove it and it vibrated violently at 35 mph plus. I brought it back and they told me they couldn’t be balanced due to dry rot. So, basically they charged me for something not done and installed dangerous tires without warning. Complete apathy and incompetence. More
