We were traveling through Memphis and our Armada broke down on the interstate just 8 miles from your dealership which turned out to be a blessing. We were towed there and a wonderful lady by the name of down on the interstate just 8 miles from your dealership which turned out to be a blessing. We were towed there and a wonderful lady by the name of Pat went above and beyond to help us since it was a holiday and your service center was closed. James Bond did an amazing job in getting us in a rental to use until we had our car back. For breaking down and getting stranded we couldn't have asked for a better place to take care of us. Everyone that we had contact with there was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making what could have been a bad situation a better one. More

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible. My car didn’t even get looked at until 4 days after I dropped it off. When I called to check on it they said they couldn’t find the car or terrible. My car didn’t even get looked at until 4 days after I dropped it off. When I called to check on it they said they couldn’t find the car or even my name in the system so they “transfer” my call and had me waiting for over 10min. The call was then picked up by the same guy saying “hold on a moment” and then he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. More

I was quoted a 1.5 to 2 hour wait time and ended up being at Nissan for 4 hours. My vehicle wasn’t taken into the service center until I had waited 1 hour 47 minutes. This Nissan location needs to improve th at Nissan for 4 hours. My vehicle wasn’t taken into the service center until I had waited 1 hour 47 minutes. This Nissan location needs to improve their wait times and do appointments for oil changes. I do not have 4 hours to be at Nissan for an oil change.
