If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible. My car didn’t even get looked at until 4 days after I dropped it off. When I called to check on it they said they couldn’t find the car or terrible. My car didn’t even get looked at until 4 days after I dropped it off. When I called to check on it they said they couldn’t find the car or even my name in the system so they “transfer” my call and had me waiting for over 10min. The call was then picked up by the same guy saying “hold on a moment” and then he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. More
I was quoted a 1.5 to 2 hour wait time and ended up being at Nissan for 4 hours. My vehicle wasn’t taken into the service center until I had waited 1 hour 47 minutes. This Nissan location needs to improve th at Nissan for 4 hours. My vehicle wasn’t taken into the service center until I had waited 1 hour 47 minutes. People here are warm and welcoming. Everyone smiled and I felt like I was in good hands. Not happy!Bought my car March 10, 2021. My check engine Not happy! Bought my car March 10, 2021. My check engine light came on before my first oil change. Brought to dealership next day. Light went off. Ga Not happy! Bought my car March 10, 2021. My check engine light came on before my first oil change. Brought to dealership next day. Light went off. Gave me an oil change and fixed a recall they sent me on my way stating g they didn’t know cause of check gone light. Called sales manager on June 16, 2021 to report check engine light again and car hesitating to start. Returned to dealership on 17th to get that it’s a computer update that needs to be done and picked up to find check engine turned off. Well here I am today the 20th... car did not want to start... check engine light back on. I’m not happy to have a new car and could possibly be stranded somewhere. I haven’t my 3rd payment yet. I have to take off work again tomorrow to get this issue resolved yet a 3rd time. More
