I would like to apologize for your frustrating experience with our Service Department. The situation you described is not typical for our dealership and your comments are being addressed. Ideally, there is one service adviser assigned to each customer, so I'm not sure where the cross in communication and confusion came from. Thank you for taking time to provide this feedback and I will certainly provide a copy to the Service Manager so he can try to prevent this from happening to our clients.
