Excellent. My salesman did not program my car to let me know when it was time to bring my car in for the oil change. Because my last Nissan did this automatical My salesman did not program my car to let me know when it was time to bring my car in for the oil change. Because my last Nissan did this automatically I was both unconsciously anticipating it to do so and not paying close attention when it did not. Needless to say when it did come to my awareness I had gone almost 15K miles without an oil change. When I brought my car in I was concerned that something was wrong with the car I voiced my concern to the young man who has consistently been my serviceman and he not only assured me nothing was wrong but immediately programmed the car and solved the problem. I like that he is always courteous and helpful. More

Customer service was awesome Tiffany Cartwright was my service advisor and she was so nice and so professional. She was multi tasking and did whatever she could to get me in and o Tiffany Cartwright was my service advisor and she was so nice and so professional. She answered all my questions and even brought me my air filter so I could see how dirty it was. She did not pressure me to get the mechanics recommendations at that moment but offered to work with me to get things done one at a time. Ms Cleaves was also very kind when I paid for my services.
