Oil change took 3 hours, but the customer service was great. I really think more money would be made if you have a separate oil change only section that would benefit people who are in a hurry. Warranty I first called because my gas gauge was not matching the miles shown. I spoke with Amanda and she assured me that I could bring my car in at that mome I first called because my gas gauge was not matching the miles shown. She spoke with a mechanic and they decided to just replace my part free of charge due to my warranty. Amanda had me in the next morning by 730, and was calling by 12 to tell me my car was done. Excellent and speedy service...as always. This is my favorite Nissan location in the area! More

Their service was nothing short of except I recently had the pleasure to have my car serviced at Wolfchase Nissan in Bartlett, Tennessee on 9-1-2018. Their service was nothing short of exceptional. Larry and the entire staff were professional, thorough, and efficient. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and did all the factory recalls within less than 2 hours. I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend them and will be driving there again to have my car serviced. Of note, I drove over 2 hours from Missouri to get to this dealership, and will definitely be going back to Wolfchase Nissan. More
