Ok but I have been patronizing this specific dealership for 13 years and bought two cars here. Since my car has aged, they want me to buy a newer version. My I have been patronizing this specific dealership for 13 years and bought two cars here. Since my car has aged, they want me to buy a newer version. My car has needed more service as it has aged and l have spent good money to get work done, including repairs recommended yesterday on paper but not discussed with me by the service rep. Several times over the last couple of years, l have had to return my car more than once to readdress repairs. The recommendations from yesterday’s visit should be warranty work that wasn’t discussed then and there. They try to let the warranty run out without fixing my car correctly. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with having to keep revisiting the same issue that service knows is an issue and tries to avoid. More

Time consuming I arrived at Wolf chase Nissan for a oil change and tire maintenance and at 940 and didnt leave till 15 minutes to 1. People that arrived after me I arrived at Wolf chase Nissan for a oil change and tire maintenance and at 940 and didnt leave till 15 minutes to 1. People that arrived after me were long gone before I had the work up sheet for my car explained to me. It was ridiculous how long my wait was. It was explained after waiting 3 hours that appointments come first. If someone would have explained that to me when I first arrived than i would have made an appointment for a later day instead of spending my entire morning sitting in a waiting room. And I had to wait an additional 13 minutes and yes I watched my watch before the lady at the counter called my name to pay for my services . More

SCHEDULED (NOT walk-in) oil change I scheduled an oil change in ADVANCE, only to be added in the mix of all the other people there for walk-in service. I'm not one to usually write a re I scheduled an oil change in ADVANCE, only to be added in the mix of all the other people there for walk-in service. I'm not one to usually write a review on an oil change service, but my experience was TERRIBLE! I'm not sure why I went through the trouble of scheduling my services in advance, only to wait 2 HOURS for a simple oil change. I would say thanks for the offered "discount" on my oil change for my troubles, but it's hard to say that it was even discounted when I already have the extra added discounted services for life on my vehicle when i bought it. Thanks for nothing! More
