Not a good end result this time I have never had any negative experiences with this service center. Service department I recently had and oil change and noticed some oil residue under my garge the next day. I called missed spoke with Amanda in the service department. S I recently had and oil change and noticed some oil residue under my garge the next day. I called missed spoke with Amanda in the service department. She advised me to return the car so they could check and see what the issue was. Turns out I had a bolt that needed ordering and replaced. Amanda set up a rental car for myself and ensured everything woruod be taken care of.. she was wonderful. Customer service was excellent More
