Great experience didn’t happen twice! Experience from the past has been great. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t , Miss Diana and Tiffany was friendly and helpful . The cashier Meme C. who checked me out was rude and unfriendly. I walked into the waiting area no other customers were in the area and she stared me in my face and didn’t even say good morning. Strike one if you’re going to stare please have the decency to speak especially if I’m a customer walking into your organization where you work. Getting ready to check out I asked was the discount applied because I didn’t see it a Itemize receipt. She replied yes but I was telling her I didn’t see it because she gave me the wrong form where I’m not seeing the charges. Her whole attitude toward me asking was rude . After checking out she then calls for a walk out I see my keys on the counter and I said those are my keys she yells NO Some One Will Drive It Around!!! I walk out and waited about five minutes for an attendant to drive my car back where I dropped it off , Unacceptable.!!! This process was not executed properly , when she receive my paperwork she should’ve called for a walk-out . This was not a great experience!!! If you have employees like this working there I will not patron your organization . More

Disappointed customer I came in on Saturday Oct 26th, 2018 for a oil change. An employee came into the lobby and talked to me about other things concerning my vehicle and p I came in on Saturday Oct 26th, 2018 for a oil change. An employee came into the lobby and talked to me about other things concerning my vehicle and prices.I estimated after talking to the employee that the total cost should be around 130.00, which I was ok with that. I opted to get everything done that the employee talked to me about. When they called my name I walked to counter and the receptionist showed me that I owed 184.00. I was not prepared to pay that since the prices that I was shown did not add up to anything close to that. I told the receptionist that I needed to call my but she started calling the manager. I repeated again that I was going to call my husband and the receptionist called the manager again and told him " never mind she is going to call her husband" over the intercom system. As I sat waiting for my husband, within 10 mins another employee came out and said that they made a mistake on my bill and that it will only be 110.00. I did pay the bill so that could leave, but it upset me that my bill changed so fast after saying I was going to call my husband. Almost a 70.00 difference. I feel that I was over charged because I am a female and after I called my husband my bill conveniently changed because no one wanted to explain to a male why a bill was so much and why things did not add up. I was very disappointed in the service and wondered how other females who go up there to get their vehicle serviced are treated. More
