My prior Altima was purchased in New Jersey and when I relocated to Memphis area, I had to find a new Nissan service location. I did select one further away from my home because of a TV commercial, but regretted that decision within a few service appointments at that location. I sought another Nissan and saw the Wolfchase name. I took the opportunity to see their team and found a gem of a location! More

They stand by their word. I have used this dealership for years for all my service needs. This past week I damaged the oil pan on my 2015 Sentra. I lost most of the oil and had to have the car towed to the dealership. I talked to a service rep and she quoted me a price. I was fine with the price and approved the work. Before I got the car back I was informed that I was quoted an incorrect price and the repair would be much more. All I had to do was to make an appeal to the service manager and he was able to check the recording of the phone call where I was given the initial quote. That ended the problem in an instant. They stand by their word. The is one reason why I have bought seven new Nissans from them, and I would never take a car anywhere else for service. More
