Unprofessional and tacky David has the worst customer service skills that I've ever seen. Got the run around for four days!! Took my car in on Tuesday morning for transmissi David has the worst customer service skills that I've ever seen. Got the run around for four days!! Took my car in on Tuesday morning for transmission problem and wheel bearing problem. A day later I called David to ask about the status of the car. He said that the mechanic was getting codes from my car to submit to my warranty company. The next day..... no phone call from David. I call him and he acts as if I'm disturbing him and seems to not want to be bothered. I ask again about the status of my car. He says that he doesn't know what's wrong with my car and says that he's still waiting to get the codes from the mechanic. Also stated that the warranty company not only wanted the codes from the mechanic, but that the transmission would have to be broken down before the warranty rep came out to inspect the car. The next day after not receiving a call from David again.......I got suspicious and drove up to Wolfchase Nissan. There my car was sitting outside and nothing had been done to it. David looked like a deer caught in headlights and rushes to his desk to call my warranty company. This was actually his FIRST time contacting my warranty company. So, basically he LIED. At this time, I became distrustful of him and began to question everything that he did. I went home in hopes that he would do the right thing from that point on. After talking to my warranty company that afternoon, they stated that they were not coming out to Wolfchase Nissan to do an inspection on my car and were never planning to come out...and that they had approved the repairs (upon David's call to them) and were waiting for David to make the next necessary move. After confronting David, he got loud and unprofessional and told me that I can take my car somewhere else if I didn't like his service. Needless to say he got an earful from me. Felt highly disrespected, degraded, and taken for a fool. END RESULT......I ended up driving off with my car and declining repairs. After taking me through all of this chaos....this man had the nerve to charge me over $100 for wasting my time. His business etiquette was a total disgrace to good men out here who stand for what's right and a disgrace to women who work hard for their money and who strive to treat others with dignity and respect. More
