I will say this, your service techs are extremely helpful and they don’t try to over sell you products but they do recommend what your vehicle needs! I was given a list of services that my vehicle needs and they are quite expensive and I told the lady that I would be back and try to get those things done one at a time. She understood and stated that would be ok. More

Last week, my car slipped gears while I was driving and stalled for a few seconds. While the service tech Amanda has always been excellent, I am a little upset at the fact that Nissan will always find a way to make money. The same night that my transmission slipped, I started smelling a burning odor from the hood of my car. Now this could have been coincidence but I believe it could have been transmission fluid leaking. I was told that the battery was leaking acid and that a post burned up. Which still ended up costing me $50 that I didn’t have. I really feel that if I have had to have major service on my car twice within months for transmission issues which could have killed me, Nissan shouldn’t be “finding” ways to still get paid. More

David Fenton ALWAYS exceeds standards when assisting with the service of my vehicle. He checks my service history and informs me of any maintenance that needs to be completed. Also Nissan service mechanic, Jeff Lane, does an excellent job. When I have any questions about my vehicle, both David and Jeff answer all of my concerns. Wolfchase Nissan is BLESSED to have them BOTH!!! :) More

Service experience has gone down. I was the second in line at opening for an oil change and it took 2.5 hours. The service rep wasn’t personal and kept complaining about her new comput I was the second in line at opening for an oil change and it took 2.5 hours. The service rep wasn’t personal and kept complaining about her new computer system not working. I’m waiting for my car to be ready and I get an impersonal text about my year old car having all these critical issues. I don’t feel like a year old car should have critical issues, but if it does a real face to face human interaction should occur. Getting a text to approve critical issues should be talked about in person. Unless something has changed the service reps work off commission. Mine doesn’t deserve it. She wasn’t even the one that brought my keys and paper work in once my car was don’t. I questioned the clerk as to why it took so long as I was second in line at 6:30 AM and she told me I should come back during the week if I don’t want to wait. All around terrible experience. More
