Didnt even get my name right Took almost 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. They suggested other services and rather than asking me they sent a text to my husband at w Took almost 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. They suggested other services and rather than asking me they sent a text to my husband at work, who contacted me and I told them again that any additional work would need a separate appointment because I was on a tight schedule. I did ask them to look at my run roof when I arrived and they ignored that suggestion and told me I would have to schedule another appointment. Then they were rude to me because apparently they had been calling for me, however they were saying the wrong name so I did not answer. I will not return and do not recommend. More

Oil change Had a 2:15 appointment for an oil change. Did not leave until 3:45. Not sure what went wrong but I was not charged for the oil change. Oil and rotation Oil change and tire rotation were fine. I was asked if I wanted an air filter change. I denied it. I change the filter myself same day and found that Oil change and tire rotation were fine. I was asked if I wanted an air filter change. I denied it. I change the filter myself same day and found that the technician had left all the latches open on the air filter cover. This would be a good teaching moment. I don’t want to have to double check all the service provided in the future. More
