Service Time Had an appointment scheduled and still waited over two hours for service. Other customers just pulled up with no appointment and had less wait then I Had an appointment scheduled and still waited over two hours for service. Other customers just pulled up with no appointment and had less wait then I did. Having to wait for two hours is absolutely crazy when it’s just for an oil change. No apology no nothing. Well...I scheduled just an oil change with synthetic and specifically stated it on my online request for service and told the ASM upon arrival. I dont know if this is something new they do but it is a good idea somewhat although I'm old school..anyway, I get a text for recommended services via text and to just go over their recommendations. It threw me off bc I'm used to an ASM coming out and talking to you. Keep in mind that I come home twice a month so I take very good care of my truck due to the amount of miles I put on her, however one of the recommended services was a brake flush...mind you...I had just got it done at my last oil change in Florida 2 months ago. I ask the ASM was there a problem with the fluid and her answer was it's a recommendation. My question to her was....was it even checked because if it was, I wouldn't have had that for a recommendation. That kinda tee'd me off. Oil change gets completed, I pay and sign the documents and before I put it in my glovebox I notice I was still given an OEM oil change. I gave this one star due to the lack of attention to detail as I have been bringing our Nissans here for over 7 years. Disappointed with them and will now look at Jim Keras to see their service reviews. Very, very disappointed in you WolfChase Nissan.. More

The people were friendly. However I had to take my car in 4 Times. I took it in because the Service Engine light was on. Every time I brought it home in less than 48 hours the light was back on.
