Subpar My service consultant wasn’t (David) very thorough in assisting me with my transaction. His tone was in some ways short, and though he may have had good intentions he was very good at showing it. I paid 130 for one tire when after explaining to him my situation. Referring me to me a less expensive tire would have been much more helpful. Now I have to go and buy another tire from another place for less than half of that price when I could’ve gotten two for the price of the one that he sold to me. What makes it worse is that I asked for a price on the tire before he fixed them and he talked me down in circles without giving me a say. I am a first time car buyer and I must say that I feel slightly taken advantage of. More

Almost lost a Loyal Customer I arrived at the service center about 3pm one day through the week. I spoke with Tiffany Cartwright about checking the maintenance on my car. She aske I arrived at the service center about 3pm one day through the week. I spoke with Tiffany Cartwright about checking the maintenance on my car. She asked if I had an appointment and I told her that I did not. She stated that there was no way I could get my car serviced because the workers were wrapping up soon. I have gotten my car serviced here for years with no problem and never have the workers “wrapped up” around 3pm. There were no weekend options either. She stated that I would need to come at an earlier time through the week or drop my car off. I do not have anyone to depend on to bring me back and forth while my car is being serviced. I cannot take off work because I just started a new job. I have always waited in the waiting room while my car was serviced. I was upset and surprised this happened. I decided I would go somewhere else, until someone from Wolfchase Nissan contacted me days later to tell me maintenance was due on my car. I explained to her that I was turned away because 3pm was too late to get my car serviced without an appointment. The representative stated that the time of 3pm was not too late and she set up a 3:30pm appt . When I arrived, David I believe the manager and Shawn the mechanic took great care of my car. I had no problems with them. If it wasn’t for David and Shawn, I would have considered never coming back. More
