They took 3 weeks to fix something that should have took just days even under warranty it still was bad. Everytime I called it was waiting on claims to call back even had me calling warranty phone #. That was not my job. Everytime I called I got someone to talk to so why didn't the guy who was working on my car.you can't wait for someone to call back. I will take to another Nissan dealer if anything ever goes wrong. I am sorry I feel this way. More

Scheduled Maintenance Diane was welcoming and knowledgeable. I brought our car in for oil change, brake fluid replacement, and wiper blades. She answered my questions and took care of the work. She offered to replace my cabin and engine air filters, but since I usually handle these myself, I declined. She didn’t pressure me for those or any other maintenance items; however, I could see that other things were checked and found to be in good condition when I went to pick up my vehicle. I will return for further service at this dealership. I hope Diane is still there. More
