Time!!! In all the services was good, but the time it took to service my car and nobody came to me to let me know it's going to talk longer than an hour! Expensive but detailed I went for an oil change and wound up with a list of over priced things my car ‘needs’. Issues using the "scheduled appointment" option I wanted to give feedback to my recent experience for the service department - in December 2018 I made 3 trips to have my oil changed at your location I wanted to give feedback to my recent experience for the service department - in December 2018 I made 3 trips to have my oil changed at your location and I live an hour away from your facility. For the first 2 attempts, there was more than a 2 1/2-3 hour wait period for a routine oil change (only). The third time I decided to use the website to "schedule" an appointment time. My appointment was scheduled for a 4:00 appointment, I arrived at 3:50pm; however, there was still over an hour wait for an oil change. I asked some of the staff how the "appointment" service was "supposed" to work and none of them could answer that question. I feel that if you have the ability to "schedule" an appointment then it should be conducted in a timely manner. I would assume you would have one dedicated bay to handle your "scheduled" appointments for routine oil changes. However, this does not appear to be how this is handled. I have used the "appointment" service several times and each time there is still a long wait period, so I do see the advantage of scheduling an appointment. I feel your staff is very friendly; however, I would look into how your "scheduled service" options could be improved so that your customers are not disappointed, as I was. More
