We bought the Bumper to bumper extended warranty ($1,500) and assumed that our trunk flying open would be covered, but we got the run around on why it wasn’t. They kept our car for three days and never gave us a rental (or even offered) which was part of our warranty agreement. After 3 days said they might know the problem but it would be 400 or 780 to fix. We decided to take the car somewhere else, AFTER paying 60 something for nothing. About 40 days ago we got a full set of tires with alignment, this dealership was claiming our tire tread was at only 50% and we were in desperate need of alignment ....🤨 More
