paid $730.00 for a alternator for my Nissan Frontier when he should have put a new belt on my truck since it haven’t been change ever or called me and ask me. I then had to pay another $230 to have a drive b he should have put a new belt on my truck since it haven’t been change ever or called me and ask me. Two days or more before I came in my passenger front tire hit a pot hole. I was leaving work the area was dark in Collierville low lighting. The tire was low every morning the air pump would indicate that th hit a pot hole. I was leaving work the area was dark in Collierville low lighting. I drove into your service dept Tuesday morning and explained this to the young lady that approached .after maybe an hour wait she told me the tech could not find a problem with the tire. Wednesday morning the same tire was very low with a pressure of 16. I drove into Discount Tire the tech found a nail in that tire. They offered to repair the tire for less than $40. They took time to discuss and show how low treads were but told me I had mikes left and they were ok to drive. I decided to buy new tires in spite of this. They found a nail in the tire but they didn’t build or sell this truck to me NISSAN did. I always thought the best to make repairs would be the manufacturer. So dissatisfied. More
