Absolutely horrible experience. They could not diagnose the main problem, and then charged me 1400 for work that didn’t need to be done and did not fix the problem. Service manager said they would make it the main problem, and then charged me 1400 for work that didn’t need to be done and did not fix the problem. Service manager said they would make it right, then quote me another $450 for a set of lift gate struts. This service department’s handling of repairs is grossly incompetent. They had an opportunity to keep me as a customer had they attempted to make the situation right. They now have a former customer who will never set foot in their business again, for service or any new car needs. More
